This year, questionnaires are sent to 1300 participants. The cohort was initiated in 2018 among Frederiksberg citizens between 60-69 years of age. The overall aim of the cohort is to explore risk factors for developing knee pain and see how different treatments and self-management options impact on the development of pain. The final data collection will be completed in 2028.The Frederiksberg Cohort is led by Professor Henning Bliddal and managed by PhD student Elisabeth Ginnerup-Nielsen. This far, three research articles have been published based on the cohort. We are very grateful to all citizens who have participated throughout the years.
